MSCM Admission

Applicants will be exempted from the English proficiency test if they graduated from a degree program conducted in English and approved by a governing board from the university accredited by the Board of Civil Service Commission (check accredited university at https://accreditation.ocsc.go.th/accreditation/edu/international).
Proof of graduation from an English program (e.g. transcript or certified letter from the program director that clearly state English as medium of instruction) must be submitted.

The test must be taken within 2 years before the application deadline (April 10, 2026).

Statement of Purpose

Applicants must submit a Statement of Purpose within the last application date (April 10, 2026). If they are unable to do so for any reason, they waive all rights for acceptance.

A Statement of Purpose (SOP) must be submitted at the admission system within the application period.

Copy of Thai ID Card / Passport (for Non-Thai)

Academic Transcript

English Proficiency Test Result (or Proof of Graduation from an English Program)

Statement of Purpose

Letter of Guarantee as a Currently Enrolled Student (If Any)

Fee Payment Evidence

All documents, except the SOP, must be submitted at the graduate school registration system within the application period.

All copy must be “Certified True Copy”.

Application Fee

Applicants must pay a THB 1,000 application fee to KASIKORNBANK account 041-8-60217-1 (Faculty of Communication Arts, Chulalongkorn University) within Feb 1 – Apr 10, 2026. Payments can be made in-branch or online.
