BCM Early Admission

Applicants must have graduated or currently enroll in Mathayom 6 or its equivalent levels according to terms and conditions set by Chulalongkorn University.

Equivalency can be verified at https://hsces.atc.chula.ac.th/.

Selection Criteria

The BCM program will admit 60 candidates for the early admission round. The final number of admitted candidates will depend on the number of candidates who confirm their admission.

55%: English Score (Step 2)

35%: Math Score (Step 2)

10%: Interview (Step 3)

Step 1: English Proficiency Test

Applicants must meet the minimum required score in one of the following proficiency tests (NOT used for ranking).

TOEFL (Internet-based)

≥ 79

IELTS

≥ 6.5

CU-TEP

≥ 90

Step 2: English–Math Proficiency Test

Applicants must meet the minimum required score in one of the following proficiency tests (used for ranking).

SAT

English ≥ 500
Total ≥ 1,200

CU-AAT

English ≥ 500
Total ≥ 1,200

• Please ensure that your scores are reported in the admission system, as your application cannot be submitted without them.

• All tests must be taken within 2 years before the application deadline (Dec 26, 2025).

• The College Board typically send SAT scores on a weekly basis (usually on Fridays) or within 3 business days for rush scores in our online system.

• The code for reporting SAT is Chulalongkorn BCM 9174.

Step 3: Interview

Applicants who satisfy the document submissions and minimum proficiency test score requirements will be eligible for an interview test in English, assessed as part of the selection process.

Application Fee

Applicants must pay a THB 1,000 application fee to KASIKORNBANK account 041-8-60217-1 (Faculty of Communication Arts, Chulalongkorn University) within the application period. Payments can be made in-branch or online.
